Learn how to lead the staff on the Woman Within Weekend
The Woman Within Weekend cannot happen without the skills of one pivotal staff leader. We call her the Team Leader. This is the woman who organizes the entire team of staff volunteers to give of their best in their individual roles. If you are calm under pressure, can juggle many balls in the air and can motivate women to work together, we need you in this valuable role.
The Team Leader also works with the Weekend venue and with Facilitation team members to help make the Weekend run smoothly. Women who achieve the role of Team Leader are paid a fee when they lead a Woman Within Weekend. There are several prerequisites for this pivotal Weekend role.
- The Woman Within Skills Workshop and the Woman Within Level 2 (Wholeness) Workshops are requirements.
- Be very familiar with the structure of the Woman Within Weekend.
- You must have served as a nurturer in order to become an Assistant Team Leader (ATL), and have served as ATL on the Woman Within Weekend three times.
- Must have staffed the Weekend at least twice as a Team Leader in Training and approved to move onto becoming a Certifed Team Leader within Woman Within Western USA.
