Woman Within Circle Training Registration

This is a nonresidential workshop and I am responsible for my own accommodations, meals and transportation to and from the Circle Training Workshop.

If you are paying by credit card, you will be directed to our secure payment portal. when you Submit the form. If you are paying by check, please make: checks payable to: Woman Within Western USA. Mail to: Woman Within Western USA Circle Training c/o Beth Shipley, Treasurer 1579 13th St Arcata, CA 95521. Checks must be received four weeks prior to the Workshop in order for your spot to be reserved. ================================

This payment is non-refundable within 30 days of the selected workshop unless the workshop is cancelled by Woman Within due insufficient enrollment or emergency.
