What is the Woman Within Skills Workshop?

After your Weekend, you may be full of energy, yearning to enrich your relationships from this new place. This workshop is a chance for you to take what you reclaimed at your Weekend and gain new skills to help you integrate these parts of yourself – and to support others, from a place of wholeness. The Woman Within Skills Workshop is a requirement for women who want to be leaders on the Woman Within Weekend, which includes Nurturers, Team Leaders and Facilitators.

What will I get from it?

Learn how to hold boundaries and ask for what you need without shame, anger or apology

Form deeper connections with yourself and others by holding yourself accountable to the gold you claimed for yourself

Who can attend?

Completion of the Woman Within Weekend is required.

Who will lead it?

Char Tosi is the Founder of Woman Within International and is the co-author of the Skills Training, Woman Within Level 2 and many other programs.  Her book, Discover Your Woman Within, describes the archetypes of women and is available on Amazon. Her passion and mission is to help others find access to the potential and wonder that resides in each woman’s soul.

Judy Rudin has been involved with Woman Within for 25+ years. She is a Facilitator, a Skills presenter, a Circle Trainer, a Staff Trainer, an occasional WW Level 2 Presenter, and an Open Circle host. She currently serves the Western USA Board as a Director at Large, and has served on the WW Western USA Board and the WW International Board several times in various capacities. Judy is passionate about the work we do at Woman Within, especially when it comes to helping women step into their authentic selves by speaking their truth, and finding their purpose.

Saturday, February 1 & 2

8am – 5pm Saturday and 8am – 4pm Sunday PST
