What is the Woman Within Skills Workshop?

After your Weekend, you may feel energized and eager to deepen your relationships from this renewed place. The Woman Within Skills Workshop gives you the opportunity to build on what you reclaimed during your Weekend and develop practical tools to integrate these parts of yourself. You’ll also learn how to support others from a grounded, whole place.
In addition, this workshop is required for women who want to step into leadership roles on the Woman Within Weekend, including Nurturers, Team Leaders, and Facilitators.

What will I get from it?

Learn how to hold boundaries and ask for what you need without shame, anger or apology

Form deeper connections with yourself and others by holding yourself accountable to the gold you claimed for yourself

Who can attend?

You can attend once you complete the Woman Within Weekend.

Who will lead it?

Char Tosi, Founder of Woman Within International and co-author of the Skills Training, Woman Within Level 2, and other programs, will lead this workshop. She also wrote Discover Your Woman Within, which explores women’s archetypes. Char’s passion is helping women discover the potential and wonder within their own souls.

Judy Rudin brings more than 25 years of experience with Woman Within. She has served as a Facilitator, Skills Presenter, Circle Trainer, Staff Trainer, Level 2 Presenter, and Open Circle host. She also serves on the Woman Within Western USA Board as a Director of Circles and has supported both the Western USA and International Boards in multiple roles. Judy is dedicated to helping women speak their truth, step into authenticity, and discover their purpose.

Saturday & Sunday, April 25 & 26th

9am – 6pm Saturday and 9am – 5pm Sunday PST
