Thank you for your interest in staffing a Woman Within® Weekend presented by Woman Within Western USA.

The required staffing fee is $200, with $50 of that fee being non-refundable and due upon selection notification.

Staff selection takes place approximately 60 days prior to a Weekend, and you will be notified of the decision approximately 45 days prior. 

Each woman who is accepted to staff, will be assigned a different support role for the Weekend. If you have any concerns or restrictions, please be sure to let us know in your application.

Staffing commitment: 5:00 PM Thursday* until 5:00 PM Sunday (*Please note Woman Within International policy requires all staff to arrive by and attend the 9 AM Friday staff meeting.)

Staff training is required for all first-time staffers and encouraged as a refresher for all women. Completion of Staff training is required prior to staffing the Weekend the first time, but staff applications can be submitted prior to completion.

Certain Staff roles need you to be on site by approximately 5pm on Thursday for preparation prior to the first Staff meeting on Friday morning. (Being unable to commit to this, may limit the roles available to you.)
Honoring Celebration(Required)
Your attendance at the Virtual Honoring Ceremony to support the new initiates is a required part of each staff members responsibilities. Waivers can be requested when necessary.

        How does the Woman Within Staffing Application process work?
        Woman Within Weekend Staff are selected in Western USA following Woman Within International staffing requirements plus Western USA regional policy.
        • You’ll receive notice approximately 45 days before the Weekend stating if you’ve been accepted for staffing, put on a waiting list or advised to do other preparation before you staff.
        • Requests received after the application deadline will be reviewed as needed.
        As part of your commitment to staff, you must:
        • Complete full payment of the $200 staff fee. The fee helps cover part of the cost of your room and board. Please note the fee must be paid prior to start of the Weekend.
        • Be in ongoing personal self-care and personal inner work, beyond staffing the Woman Within Weekend®.
        What are the requirements to staff?
        To staff for the first time you must:
        • Complete the Woman Within® Weekend in any Woman Within International region
        • Complete Woman Within® Staff Training in any Woman Within International region
        • You must be in good financial standing with Woman Within International and all Woman Within regions
        • You must complete and submit a Staff Application
